The PEAC held its 353rd regular meeting on September 28, 2026 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati, which was presided over by Atty. Filemon Ray L. Javier, Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs, as the designated representative of DepEd Secretary and PEAC Chairperson Sonny M. Angara.

Members of the PEAC who were present were Marco Alfredo M. Benitez, PACU President, and Usec. Melbourne Ziro D. Pana, designated representative of DepDEV Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan, PhD. CEAP President Fr. Karel S. San Juan, SJ was represented by Br. Edmundo L. Fernandez, FSC and ACSCU President Irineo G. Alvaro, PhD was represented by Bishop Elorde Sambat.

Also in attendance were Undersecretary for Finance Edson Byron K. Sy, Atty. Tara C. Rama (GASS), Dir. Vernice Lorraine D. Quintana (PEO), Atty. Johvie Radoc (OSEC), PEAC Executive Director Doris Fernandez Ferrer, and the PEAC Management Team. Lawyers from Salvador Llanillo & Mijares (SLM) Attorneys-at-Law and auditors from Isla Lipana & Co. presented legal updates and the PEAC audited financial statements, respectively.
